
Taizo Son
We want to create a brand new city from the ground up. In Japan, people may be inclined to think this is impossible. And yet, when you travel to Southeast Asia and India, you find projects where empty plots of land are being used to form new central cities.

In January of this year, I moved to Singapore. I am the first remotely posted, full-time member of Mistletoe, of which I am president. However, my period of stay here is planned for just a few years.

There were many things that Father told me when I was young that only resonate with me now that I’m over 40. One of those is the lesson: “Don’t imitate others.”

Taizo Son, who up till now has focused on supporting domestic and overseas ventures, has decided to enter the education business in earnest. With artificial intelligence and robots on the rise, what is Taizo Son’s image of education in the future?
